I'm Audra Queen
Founder, Host & Facilitator
I bring to this mastermind being CEO/founder for 5+ years of two coaching businesses, focusing in personal development & business coaching for 200+ clients, founder of the Business Academy for Dancers and Dance CEO University, co-founder of the Dance Business Owner Summit and host of the Dance CEO Podcast. A completed Master in Fine Arts degree, 9 years of being a college dance professor and a desire to continue to grow/expand with like-minded dance leaders.
I am a divorced and re-married part-time single mom (shared custody) of 2 lil humans and 3 bonus lil humans. I am thriving with adult diagnosed ADHD and autism. The single mom comes into play because I live in New Orleans and my husband lives 7 hours away in Florida. There are still weeks where I am a single mom, and weeks where I am with my husband and his lil humans. Although I grew up in Colorado and love the mountains, turns out I am a southern gal at heart and the beach is my happy place, calling Louisiana home since 2013.
My main mission is to help each dance leader learn to release the starving artist mentality and finally thrive as the CEO of their life and business, and the Dance CEO Mastermind is one of the ways I get to do that.

Every 6 weeks, there will be one 2-hour call, totaling 14 hours of support
- One 2-hour Mastermind call every 6 weeks
- Presentation offered (15 minutes in length & 10 min discussion) during the beginning of each meeting every month, led by a different mastermind member each time
- Time to share challenges/wins with peers who desire your success
- Support Seat Structure: Members will get time to share their challenges and receive support from the mastermind
